Memory chat · for independent coaches

Ask a question. Get an answer that cites your sessions.

The same use as ChatGPT or Claude: you write in plain language, you get an answer. With one difference: this one has read all your sessions, it knows your practice, and every statement points to the session that grounds it.

I'm seeing Léa next week. Where do we stand on her guilt, and what's left to work on?
Memory assistantReview

The guilt has evolved a lot. In session 4 on June 15 you traced its origin to a family pattern, and distinguished chosen generosity from automatic sacrifice. By session 5 on July 17 she was holding her micro-boundary three weeks in a row. The only knot left is the link with her mother: that's precisely the point still to explore.

The five modes

The same memory, queried at five scales.

Each mode changes the scope of the analysis and the shape of the answer. A client review doesn't have the same structure as a group briefing or a portfolio status.

Client

Go deep on an engagement

Evolution over time, avoided topics, levers that already worked. Answers cite the sessions and can create tasks.

Practice

Challenge your stance

The patterns cutting across all your engagements, your interventions that land, your blind spots. Anonymized answer by default.

Group

Prepare a collective

Objectives, points to watch and questions to ask for the next workshop. You can target a specific participant in the question.

Pilot

Steer your activity

Volumes, channels, pace, clients who drift away. Answers come as counters and charts, not prose.

Company

Report without betraying

What comes up across several engagements at the same client, anonymized. Enough to prepare a committee note.

In every mode

Reshape the answer

Shorter, more detailed, as a table. And suggested questions, specific to the mode, when you don't know where to start.

Why it's different

A general-purpose assistant can't answer these questions.

It doesn't have your sessions, it doesn't know your practice, and it can't cite anything. Those are the three reasons the memory chat exists.

01Sourced answers

Every statement points to a dated session.

You see what the answer rests on, and how many sessions the analysis covers. A doubt is cleared with a click, not with trust.

Your practice

It knows your frame

Your approaches, your audiences, your way of working. Two coaches on the same client don't get the same answer.

Separation

One scope per conversation

A client conversation only sees one client. Nothing leaks from one record to another.

Anonymization

Adjustable, mode by mode

Cross-cutting analyses hide names by default. The setting lives in Sessions and memory.

History

Your conversations stay

Sorted by mode and by client, searchable. An analysis picks up where you left it.

What it changes

You no longer reread. You ask.

Six months of engagement fit into one question. And the analyses you never did, the patterns of your practice, the clients who drift away, become a sentence to write.

What coaches ask us

Are my sessions used to train a model?

No, never. They're only used to answer your questions, in your space.

Does the client have access to the chat?

No. The memory chat is a coach's tool. Your clients have no account and never see these analyses.

What happens if I run out of questions?

The counter is monthly and always visible. You can upgrade at any time, pro rata.

Can it make up an answer?

Answers are bounded to your sessions and show their sources. When material is missing, it says so rather than filling in.

Do I need many sessions for it to be useful?

Two or three sessions are enough for client mode. The practice and pilot modes gain value with volume: importing your history speeds things up.

Ask your first question tonight.

Import your history, and the memory chat answers from the first session in memory.
