Client tracking that remembers every session

Klarity gathers each client's full history in one place: sessions, commitments, recurring themes. A record that builds itself, session after session.

Commitments

Session 14 · May 9

Shift on the Pierre topic. Commitment: weekly 30-min check-in.

Session 13 · Apr 30

Turned down a request from her manager without over-justifying.

Session 12 · Apr 16

Held the frame in a team meeting. New role consolidated.

The problem

Tracking your clients shouldn't rest on your memory

  • « Where were we again? »

Several weeks pass between two sessions. The thread slips: decisions, commitments, weak signals.

  • « Which file was that in? »

Notes scattered across notebooks, spreadsheets and apps. Nothing centralized, nothing searchable.

  • « I rebuild the context before every session. »

Precious time spent recovering context, instead of being fully present with the client.

How it works

Three moves, a record that holds on its own

  • 01

    The session is captured

Over video or recorded with the client's consent, each session is transcribed then summarized automatically.

  • 02

    The record grows

Summaries, commitments and themes feed the client's memory. You approve in one click.

  • 03

    You query the thread

« Where is Sophie on her sense of authority? » The answer draws on every past session.

Client record

The whole history, in one place

No more scattered notes: each client has a single record, structured and always up to date.

  • A timeline of every session
  • Open commitments and deadlines
  • Recurring themes detected automatically

Last session · May 9

« The topic of Pierre keeps surfacing in the second half of the session. A visible somatic shift. Commitment made: hold a weekly 30-minute one-on-one with him. »

Searchable memory

Ask the question, in plain language

The client's memory reads like a conversation. No keyword search: a real answer, sourced from the sessions.

  • Answers grounded in the real history
  • What moved, what's still stuck
  • References to the sessions involved

Where did we land with Sophie on her relationship to authority?

Sophie has progressed on actually exercising her authority, but remains uncertain about owning it symbolically with her former peers. The gap between the two has been visible since February.

What has shifted

Across the last three sessions, she has managed to:

session 12 · Apr 16session 13 · Apr 30session 14 · May 9
  • Hold a clear frame in team meetings
  • Decline a request from her manager without over-justifying

What is still stuck

The topic of Pierre (former peer turned direct report) remains central and barely moves. Mentioned in 7 of the last 8 sessions, almost always in the second half.

Pre-session brief

Ready before every session

Before each session, a situation report ready to use. No more last-minute review.

  • Current goals and latest commitments
  • Threads to reopen
  • Generated automatically, editable

Sophie is consolidating her new role as a division director. Current commitment: hold a weekly 30-minute one-on-one with Pierre.

Built partly on the coach's manual notes; the March 14 session was not recorded.

Frequently asked

What coaches ask us

Everything you need to know about this Klarity feature.

Another question? Write to us
Does Klarity replace my coaching notes?

It replaces them as a starting point: every session automatically feeds a structured record per client. You can still add a private note after a session, but you no longer have to keep a separate notebook.

How do I find what a client said six months ago?

You query the memory in plain language, per client: 'Where is this engagement at?', 'What commitments were made?'. The answer cites the source session and date.

Is my client tracking data confidential?

Yes. Hosting is in France, your sessions are never used to train third-party AI, and every coach is strictly isolated from the others.
