The real problem
The time you lose isn't in admin. It's in memory.
When weeks go by between sessions, it's easy to lose the thread — decisions made, key details, subtle signals. You end up spending valuable time rebuilding context. Klarity keeps it for you, so your attention stays where it matters: with your client.

Session 14 · May 9
Shift on the Pierre topic. Commitment: weekly 30-min check-in.
Session 13 · Apr 30
Turned down a request from her manager without over-justifying.
Session 12 · Apr 16
Held the frame in a team meeting. New role consolidated.
The time this memory work used to cost you, Klarity gives back.
- 30 s
- to review and approve a session summary, instead of 10 to 15 minutes by hand.
- ~20 min
- saved every session, session notes and prep combined.
- ≈ 10 h
- a month that go back where they matter: the relationship with your clients.
Estimate for a coach running around 30 sessions a month.
What Klarity does
A memory that builds itself, session after session.
01
Longitudinal memory
Every transcript, summary and note feeds a living per-client memory. Query it in plain language: "Where did we land on her public speaking?"
Learn more about longitudinal memoryWhere did we land with Sophie on her relationship to authority?
Sophie has progressed on actually exercising her authority, but remains uncertain about owning it symbolically with her former peers. The gap between the two has been visible since February.
What has shifted
Across the last three sessions, she has managed to:
- Hold a clear frame in team meetings
- Decline a request from her manager without over-justifying
What is still stuck
The topic of Pierre (former peer turned direct report) remains central and barely moves. Mentioned in 7 of the last 8 sessions, almost always in the second half.
02
Pre-session briefing
Before each call, a ready-to-use recap: open goals, latest commitments, topics to revisit. No more last-minute note review.

Pre-session briefing
Sophie is consolidating her new role as a division director. Current commitment: hold a weekly 30-minute one-on-one with Pierre.
Built partly on the coach's manual notes; the March 14 session was not recorded.

Capture & summaries
Every session is captured and summarized automatically. In moments, you review the content and add it to the client's memory. Your sessions touch on the intimate. Klarity is built so your clients stay in control, and you keep the trust your work depends on.

Why Klarity
« I've watched too many talented coaches burn out reconstructing the thread of every client. The quality of your presence should never depend on memory. Klarity was born from that conviction: let technology hold the memory, so you can hold the relationship. »

Who it's for
Klarity is built for a specific craft.
We'd rather be clear from the start: Klarity serves one well-defined use, and not every other one.
Built for you if
- You're an independent or solo coach who works with clients one-on-one (professional, life or mentoring coaching).
- You support several clients over time, session after session, one client at a time.
- You want to prepare sessions fast, without losing the thread from one client to the next.
- Privacy matters to you as much as the technology does.
Not for you (yet) if
- You run a large organization with an in-house HR or coaching team.
- You do sports or fitness coaching by the session: Klarity is for professional, life and mentoring work.
- You're mainly after billing, scheduling or video-call software: that's not what Klarity does.
- You mostly run group or team coaching: Klarity is built for individual, one-on-one follow-up.
Privacy at the core, by design
Your sessions touch on the intimate. Klarity is built so your clients stay in control and you keep the trust your work is built on.

What coaches ask us
Does Klarity replace my listening or intuition?
No. Klarity holds the factual memory (what was said, decided, left open) to free up your attention. The listening, the intuition and the relationship stay entirely yours.
Is my data and my clients' data safe?
Yes. GDPR-compliant hosting in France, encrypted data, explicit and revocable client consent. You can export or delete your data at any time.
What if I don't want to record my sessions?
That's fine. You can enrich a client's memory by hand, with simple notes: audio capture is an option, never a requirement.
How much time will I actually save?
Klarity captures and summarizes every session, then prepares the next one for you. Reviewing a session summary drops from ten to fifteen minutes to about thirty seconds, and preparing a session just as much. For a coach running around thirty sessions a month, that adds up to roughly ten hours given back every month: enough to pay for the subscription within the first few sessions, while staying more present with your clients.
How much does it cost?
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial, with no credit card and no commitment.

Independent coaches who support several clients over time: professional, life or mentoring. Not for by-the-session sports coaching, nor large organizations with an in-house HR team.
