Two ways to fill the agenda

The client books, or you schedule.

Your public page takes bookings. And you create the sessions that don't go through it yourself: one-to-one or group, past or upcoming, single or as a series.

The client books

From your public page

They pick a session type, a slot from your availability, leave their details. No account needed. You can require your approval.

You schedule

One-to-one, group, recurring

Type, channel, client, date, time, notes. A past session is logged after the fact, a series is created at once: every week or every month, up to twenty sessions.

Recurrence

One series, a single entry

Every week or every month, on the days you tick, up to twenty sessions. Klarity announces the dates before creating, and each occurrence stays editable on its own.

Past sessions

Nothing missing from the memory

A session already held is added with its notes, as is. The summary is generated afterwards, and the client's memory updates like any other session.

Synchronization

You edit in Klarity

Your sessions land in your calendar with their video link, and your personal events block your public slots. Klarity stays the only place you edit.

Public booking page

A link in your name. The client books in four screens.

Your photo, your tagline, your session types. The client picks a slot, leaves their details, gets their confirmation. Without creating an account.

  • No account required on the client side
  • Confirmation and reminders by email, automatic
  • Requests to confirm, if you prefer to approve

Two settings, and you're done

You describe your week once.

Your availability and your session types are enough to describe your whole practice. Klarity infers what's bookable, and how each session should be captured.

01Availability

Your slots, your rules.

Turn on the days you see clients, one or more time ranges per day, and three rules: a break between two sessions, minimum lead time before booking, displayed horizon. The rest of your calendar stays private.

02Session types

Each type knows how it's captured.

Name, description, icon, color, duration, price, mode and location. A live preview shows what the client will see on your public page, what the slot looks like in your agenda, and how the type appears in your list.

What coaches ask us

I already use Calendly, why switch?

Because booking is only the way in here: the booked session lands in your calendar with its capture ready, then its summary and its memory. A scheduling tool stops where Klarity begins.

Can I connect Google and Outlook at the same time?

No, one calendar at a time. That's what guarantees a single source is authoritative over your availability.

Are my personal events visible?

Never. Klarity reads their times to block the matching slots, without exposing their title or content on your public page.

Does the Teams link work on a personal account?

Automatic generation requires a Microsoft 365 Business or Enterprise account. On a personal Outlook account, you paste your room link onto the session type.

Can I approve requests before accepting them?

Yes. A session type can switch to request-to-confirm: the slot is held, and you decide.

How are time zones handled?

Your availability and calendar follow the time zone set in Klarity. Your booking page shows slots in that time zone, clearly labelled for the client, and the recorded time stays correct for everyone, reminders included.

Do my clients receive reminders?

Yes, by email, automatically before each session: nothing to send yourself. SMS reminders are on the way.

What if I don't use any online calendar?

The Klarity calendar works on its own. Syncing is a convenience, not a requirement.

Connect your calendar. The first session is in memory tonight.

A few minutes of setup, then Klarity works in the background: capture, summary, memory and the next session's briefing.
