How the recording volume is estimated
Sessions per month × average length × share of sessions recorded. Sessions handled through written or dictated notes use no hours.
Where the time saved comes from
We count twenty-two to twenty-three minutes saved per session: writing the session report and re-reading the file before the appointment. Reviewing a summary takes about thirty seconds.
If I go over a limit mid-month
Your counters are always visible in the app. Nothing shuts off abruptly: you are notified and can move up a plan, billed prorated.
Does the simulator commit me to anything?
No. It is an indicative estimate. Plans have no commitment, with a fourteen-day trial and the option to change at any time.
My practice doesn't look like any of this
