The problem

Writing a summary is always for later

  • « I'll do it tonight. »

Put off by a day, recall fades. The summary becomes a pile of orphan notes you never pick up again.

  • « It takes me fifteen minutes per client. »

Times twenty or thirty clients, writing ends up weighing more than the sessions themselves.

  • « My notes are unreadable three weeks on. »

Taken on the fly, raw, unstructured: impossible to rebuild the thread before the next session.

How it works

Three steps, a summary ready

  • 01

    The session is captured

Over video or recorded with the client's consent, the session is transcribed automatically. Without a recording, your manual notes are enough.

  • 02

    The summary is generated

Topics, decisions, commitments and open threads are extracted and structured in seconds.

  • 03

    You approve in one click

You review, adjust if needed, approve. The summary feeds the client's memory.

Structured summary

Ready to read, not a wall of text

The summary isn't a raw transcript: it's a structured synthesis, organized into the sections that matter to a coach.

  • Topics covered and realizations
  • Decisions and actions, with deadlines
  • Threads to reopen at the next session

You stay in control: every summary is editable before it's locked.

Client report

A report for the client, when you want it

From the same summary, Klarity can prepare a report email to send the client after the session: sections, tone and signature configurable.

  • Generated from the summary, never sent without you
  • Tone and sections customizable
  • Optional: some coaches keep the summary to themselves

A coaching summary, not a meeting summary

Generic note-takers summarize business meetings: action lists, group decisions. A coaching summary keeps the longitudinal dimension (what replays from one session to the next) and the relational signals. That's what Klarity is built to capture.

Frequently asked

What coaches ask us

Everything you need to know about this Klarity feature.

Another question? Write to us
What should a coaching session summary contain?

A short, structured trace: the context (date, session number), the topics covered, the realizations, the decisions and actions with deadlines, the signals to watch and the threads to reopen. Klarity generates these sections automatically.

Is the summary generated even without a recording?

Yes. If you don't record a session, you create the session by hand and add a few notes: Klarity produces a structured summary from your notes, on the same model.

Can I send the summary to my client?

Yes. A report email can be generated from the summary, with the tone and sections you choose. You review it before anything is sent; nothing goes out without your approval.
