How does the free trial work?
You get access to every feature for 14 days, no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you pick the plan that fits your practice, or you stop, with no commitment.
Which plan should I choose?
If you only coach one-to-one over video, the first plan is enough. Group sessions, in-person recording and the memory chat come with the recommended plan; high volumes with the most complete one. The simulator, just below the plans, answers in thirty seconds.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you like: the change takes effect immediately and billing is prorated.
What happens if I go over my client limit?
Klarity warns you as you approach your plan's limit. You can then move up to the next plan to keep adding clients without interruption.
What if I exceed my recording hours?
You are warned before reaching the limit. Sessions keep existing: you can feed them with your notes, or move to the next plan up, prorated.
Are there any costs on top of the subscription?
No. No commission on your sessions, no per-client fee, no hidden paid module. The only ceilings are those of your plan (clients, recording hours, chat questions), detailed in the comparison.
Do my clients have to pay anything?
No. You're the only one paying for the subscription. Your clients have no account to create and nothing to pay.
How does payment work?
By card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), through Stripe. Your invoices, compliant with French VAT, can be downloaded from your account.
Do prices include VAT?
Displayed amounts are exclusive of tax. Applicable VAT is added at checkout, based on your billing country.
