Data we collect

On this teaser site, we collect only your email address, when you join the waitlist. No other personal data is requested.

Purpose

Your email is used solely to notify you of Klarity's launch and your early access. Your data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), collected at sign-up.

Recipients

Your email is handled by the publisher and sent to our email provider Loops (Loops, Inc.) to manage the waitlist. The site and audience measurement are hosted in the European Union; sending emails via Loops may involve a transfer outside the EU, covered by the appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism).

Audience measurement

We measure site audience with PostHog, configured without cookies: no information is stored on your device and no directly identifying data is collected for this purpose. This data is hosted within the European Union.

Retention

Your email is kept until you withdraw your consent, and at most 12 months after the service launches.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to contact@klarity.coach. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Security

Data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) and hosted within the European Union.
